This is a great NON TSA Lock. I specifically purchased these locks to secure my luggage when staying in hotels. I would NOT recommend these locks for CHECKED luggage. Airlines may cut it off. I DO RECOMMEND these locks if you want to secure your CARRY ON LUGGAGE.I recommend these locks for carry on luggage and to secure your personal items when staying in a Hotel Room.

Bought this in store (don't remember which one) a million years ago, and haven't seen it since. Staples, Canadian Tire, none of the usual places carry it. I like it for its ease of use (sorry left handed ppl). I bought one to try, and I'm glad I did! Very sturdy and useful. Combo was easy to set up. I have one on my work locker and the other I use for the gym, but I plan to buy a couple more for travel.

Más grande y pesado de lo que esperaba, pero se siente bastante robusto, seguro, parece que no es tan fácil de romper, solo con alguna herramienta. Me fue de gran utilidad ya que lo necesitaba para unir dos cierres de una mochila y las puntas de este no son gruesas como cualquier mosquetón, son afiladas (delgadas) y va haciéndose más grueso, excelente producto, pasa en el aeropuerto es muy fácil configurar la contraseña, 100% satisfecho!

I was surpised that it had a weight to it and did not feel flimsy in design. Admittedly, it will not open too wide but I bought it for my gym locker and it does what its supposed to. After my workout, it conveniently hooks onto my gym bag.

This worked fine the first three or four times I tried to open the lock. Then, it just became unopenable. Same combination as before, tried over and over. Called Master Lock customer service, and they would only offer to replace the lock or send something similar...wouldn't tell me how to get it off. I'm guessing my options are a bolt cutter or using scissors to cut open the $70 bag I have it on. I was stuck in the lobby of a library, with soon-to-be due books trapped inside the backpack in question. Also of note is that I bought THREE of these locks, because my backpack (RIP) had three compartments that I wanted to secure because someone had tried to pickpocket me on the subway platform. Amazon sent all three in the same color (Common sense, people! Common sense - why would someone want three red locks?)!!! Then, after setting the combinations, two of the three identical locks would not open at all and I could not even use them. I should have taken this as a sign. I only thank my lucky stars that my wallet got locked out of the bag rather than locked in. Still not fun to have to pay for a cab to get home because my SEPTA pass was locked inside my backpack. As far as people saying this thing doesn't fit the locker they want to close - it's meant for backpacks and luggage, and let's just say it's secure beyond your wildest dreams.

It's a very small lock - a little bulky for a backpack but a little small for serious use. The maw only opens a little, it's thin, and there are only three numbers... so it is not a serious lock for high value things. But I found that it (barely) fits the particular lockers in my gym - it is very cute and distinctive, lightweight, and frankly kind of cool and fun. So with that in mind I'm very glad I have it. If my gym locker door latches were even 1/32 of an inch thicker these could not have closed around them and I would have returned them.It's a funny thing about value packs - why four locks? I guess you can have different locks for different things. I've ordered two sets and both times all the locks were either red or purple. I don't know if that's just chance or if those are the ones that don't sell.
