I never write reviews on anything I buy but I'm up early here it is. Long story short, I left the window cracked in my truck (2011 Ram 1500) and it rained that night. Water must have messed up the original swith as it started malfunctioning within a couple of days. Ordered this replacement panel and it looks and feels identical. Took less than 1 minute to pop out old one and replace with new. Everything works as it should and for the price I have zero complaints. Great product.

The 2nd replacement unit failed with the same fault; the buttons break and then the window will not function.I ended up having to buy part from MOPAR which was about $180.00!!!But immediately you feel a better build quality as to the way the Original part works. The MOPAR part with my 2010 RAM 1500 lasted 8-years. These only last 18 months if you are lucky. Supposed to have a lifetime warranty so will try to contact ATRACYPART for refund. Last time they did refund and I ordered a new one. So their Customer Service is very good, but they need to check on their manufacturer and the quality of what they are making. You get what you pay for, MOPAR parts are expensive, but last.
