Im a belly guy that need support to hold my belly it will do it. Dont over tight it velcro will sucumb after a month. If they could fix that but the material it is soft for the skin other than that is good

Don't get me wrong, it does barely fit me (which is why I rated 4 stars since it isn't shortie friendly. I'm 4'10" in the last three weeks of my pregnancy, and the ideal fit has the velcro meet all the way towards the front where the softer material starts to support your belly). With that being said the support it offers the second you put it on are crazy. I felt immediate relief after putting it on, it doesn't feel scratchy or uncomfortable to me. I had previously tried a different pregnancy belt and after two hours of wearing it, it had stretched out and the velcro was ruining the material. I would certainly recommend this belt, but not if you're a super shortie like me. I'll update my review in a week and give an update on how it's doing.Edit: stopped wearing it a month later as after wearing it the way i had to, it stretched out and started itching 😔

This belt offers support however it's not durable. Meaning it started to feel stretched out of shape within the first week of wearing it. My round ligament pain has not been so intense. It also rolls down which kinda defeats the purpose but you get what you pay for.

I got this belly band during pregnancy for sciatic pain and I feel it did help take pressure off the nerve by providing support to my abdomen. It was a thick material and seemed to be good quality. For the value and pain relief I felt it was worth the money. It was easy to put on and stretched well.

I gotta tell you, this product shipped crazy fast! The belly band is seriously stretchy, which is a major win for me since I'm expecting twins. Even though I'm only 5 months pregnant, I feel and look like I'm already 8 months along. But guess what? This belly band is one size fits all, and it's totally legit! The moment I wrapped it around my belly, the pain in my groin area vanished like magic. It even helped ease the pain in my back! For the first time since I started getting bigger around 3 months pregnant, I could walk around without wobbling. I would totally recommend it to all the expecting mamas out there! Ladies, especially if you're having multiples like me, this belly band is a game-changer. Trust me, it's a real blessing! 🙏🏽

This is light and not too constricting while still giving great support. It fits beautifully. I’m still early in my pregnancy but I can tell this one is going the be awesome all the way through. I’ve used plenty of others, and they are all either too hot, itchy, constricting or they just don’t fit right I can’t believe how comfy this one is for the price. After having so many kids I am already needing support at 25 weeks. I wish I would have tried this one for my other 6 pregnancies.

As you grow into your pregnancy the added weight and pressure will cause pain in discomfort in the groin, lower abdomen and lower back. This helps to alleviate that pain and pressure. Pro Tip: Keep an extra one in your car in case you leave home without it. These belly bands are reasonably priced and will help keep you comfortable. Trust! ^_^

Mi esposa lo usó en cuanto llegó y fue una grata sorpresa observar que el dolor de cadera que tenía al final del día, ya no se presentó, está en su semana 17; también al conducir por una calle con irregularidades, le provocaba mucha molestia el movimiento, pero con este cinturón, las molestias disminuyeron dramáticamente.Excelente diseño y comodidad.

I am 20 weeks pregnant with a history of prior sciatica pain and inflammation. After many painful days and nights, my doctor recommend I buy a pregnancy belt to help support my bump and provide relief for my back. I am happy to say that this belt is a LIFESAVER for me. It is soft, but sturdy enough to support my growing bump and relieve some strain on my back. I am normally 160lbs, 5'5, and Size 10-12 pre-pregnancy. I am 180 now with my big bump and the size L is perfect for me and I can adjust it to wear pretty tight, I am confident I'll be able to use throughout the rest of my pregnancy without issue.
