It was exactly what I expected easy to put in. Looks nice with all my black knobs and hinges and the price was right. Sorry, but I just filled out the STARs and softness? It’s not soft. It’s metal. That’s why I rated it the middle because that’s kind of irrelevant. You should give us an N/A option.

I liked the quality and style. The only negative I would say is the holder doesn’t move up and down to make it easier to put the towel on.
