The mattress is fine, an excellent mattress at a great price. Shipping was a different story. It was shipped via CEVA, and the mattress toured the US for some reason, and was a week late. The tracking on Amazon was not done well at all, again, a problem with the shipper. United States Special Shipping finally got the mattress and delivered it just fine. All's well.

I received my new mattress in excellent condition and packaging. I've always wanted an orthopedic mattress to help ease my chronic back, neck, and sciatica pain. I'm so glad I found this on Amazon. It's perfect for me. This is a 14 inch mattress, very firm, tight top, and quilted for sleep comfort. It fits perfectly on my platform bed. After sleeping on it for one night, I had no back pain the next morning. I highly recommend it for those who can withstand sleeping on a very firm mattress.Update 24 Dec 2022I've been sleeping on my new mattress for a month now and I have less back pain, no more joint pain in my knees, and barely any sciatica pain. I love my new innerspring mattress. My family and I grew up sleeping on this type of mattress. I fall asleep much faster as opposed to sleeping on a memory foam mattress.
