Kobalt replacement battery i received worked perfectly for my leaf blower. I just ordered a second one. Just an update, the 6amp is way better then the 4 amp that came with my leaf blower.

When battery first arrived, I used it on a grinder and it worked perfectly and charged just fine after. The second time I used it was on a hammer drill during use the battery had gotten a little warm. I let it cool off and tried to charge it. It will not take a charge anymore. The charger blinks green and red, saying there's an issue with the battery. I've tried everything. 😪

I bought two of these to work in my 24v Kobalt handheld reciprocating saw. They are fantastic batteries. With periodic use, they hold a charge for several days, and the power output allows the saw to maximize its performance. So far, I’d say these batteries meet or exceed the original Kobalt batteries. I highly recommend them.

Only used hedge twice sine I received the replacement battery. The OEM battery that came with tool lasted about 2 + years and a lot of people complained of them dying within a year. I’d say my use of the tool is moderate. I trimmed a 50’ long by 10’ high hedge (not a very big job) and when I was finished I still had 2 of 3 charge bars. Power seemed the same as OEM at half the price.
