Bed Cover

WEATHER RESISTANT MATERIAL

Made of 24oz marine grade vinyl with aircraft grade aluminum crossbar for great protection against all weather conditions.

  • Yes. All the necessary hardware and instructions will come with the cover. If the cover fits the utility track, alternative brackets will come with the cover.

  • Automatic car washes with wax treatments are generally not recommended, as the wax can damage the vinyl, and car wash brushes can damage the thread on the cover. Only touchless carwash is recommended & use water and normal soap to clean the cover.

  • It is important to latch down the cover before closing the tailgate. Make sure the cover is securely fastened and closed before closing the tailgate to avoid any damage or interference.

  • The middle crossbar of the cover is designed to be slightly curved to prevent water accumulation in the middle. This design ensures that water flows down and prevents pooling in the center of the cover.

  • You will only need to apply the seal strip on top of the bulkhead/tailgate or anywhere you see there is a gap between the truck bed and the cover. You don't really need it if all four sides are sealed and flush.

Very simple cover, installed in just 15 minutes !!! I didn't instal the rubber strip that goes on the bed by the rear window as the difference in hight is only an 1/8th inch. If it does leak I can always fit it later. My reason for purchasing this tonneau cover was so that I don't have to drive around with100lb of snow in the truck bed. This cover was for a Nissan Frontier S CrewCab 2022. Ealy days but so far its looking good. Just after installing the cover we had 3" of drifting snow, no leaks and I don't have to spend time sweeping out the bed! See last image.....

This fits perfect, goes on easily and functions very easily. Only two complaints are that you cannot open this with the tail gate closed. Otherwise it rolls up quickly and easily. Just a couple bolts holding it, so if you need to remove it, this can be done easily. The product is durable and handles what it needs to. Just make sure you use the provided materials to seal gaps to ensure it does not leak.

I bought a used 2016 Frontier Nissan that had a three-fold bed cover. While it was still in good shape it didnt give me full access to the bed. I had had a roll up cover on a 2013 Frontier that was great. I loved the fact I could roll it up all the way to the back of the pick up bed and easily strap it down.On my 2013 Frontier the roll up bed cover I bought was expensive, and a little complicated to install...so I paid the shop owner where I purchased it 50 bucks to install it. This cover looking just as durable as the previous one cost 150 bucks less, and I was able to install it by myself in less than 45 minutes. It fits like a glove and is very sleek looking.I do suggest as one other person has that you take the provided weather seal strip and put it on the back cross piece to avoid water leakage. It is rather thick but trust me it will fit perfectly, and you will want to put it on before you start setting everything up in alignment. I took the Frontier to an automated carwash just to check for water sepage...worked perfectly. For 159 you cannot beat it! I highly recommend it. Should this wear out in a few years I will gladly buy another one.

I bought this cover for my 2005 Nissan Frontier. I needed to be able to stow stuff safely in the bed since my wife and I just had our second kid and there was no more room in the cab for all the stuff that comes when you have to haul around two kids! Just wanted to note that I purchased this cover by MaxMate because it looked exactly like the same one listed on Amazon by Tyger but it was thirty dollars cheaper. When the package showed up it was the Tyger cover. It had all the paper work from Tyger and the Tyger logo stitched into the back of the cover. As previous reviewers have noted the installation instructions for this cover suck. I read all the reviews before I purchased this cover so I was expecting that. It still took me two hours to install even though I knew what to expect. The hardest part of installation was getting the clamps lined up properly. I have the utilitrack system in my bed so I did have to loosen the rear tracks to get the provided adapters to slide in. The front ones were tight but did slide in without having to loosen the utilitrack. The other frustrating thing was the front clamps. There are three possible positions for them to be in. Once I had the other hardware in for the utilitrack I had to adjust the clamps from their innermost position to where one went to the outermost position and the other went to the middle position. It sounds a bit confusing to read but once you see the clamps you'll see what I'm talking about. Also before you get everything lined up and ready to clamp down make sure you put on the weather stripping to the front of the bed. I forgot to do this at first and had everything lined up then had to move it all to install the weather strip! So once everything was all lined up I clamped it down and it looks great! It is tightly sealed to the bed and I think it should be weatherproof. You just have to make sure you lock your tailgate to prevent anyone from lifting the cover or getting into the bed while you're away from your truck. I haven't had a chance to drive with it yet so I'm hoping to get improved gas mileage as other reviewers have claimed. I'll try and update my review once I can drive around for awhile and see how things go. So far I'm really happy with the way it looks and the functionality it will provide for my lifestyle.
