Product description said they are rubber. The ones received today are HARD PLASTIC.This feels like fraud to me.

These might work as a dampener for something very light like a handlebar bell, anything else will move and these should not be used to grip critical handlebar assembly. You need a metal shim.

I used these along with handlebar extenders to relocate the center display on our Rad Rover 6+ bikes. Works well and holds the display securely. I also find it easier to read the display in its new location.

Does not fit 22.2 handlebars, It could be forced to fit if thing your mounting is made of metal. Their would be a huge gap, does not sit flush to surface.
