Ok so I'm pretty mechanically inclined and this is not an hour long install. I followed some instructions that I found online for the higher priced kit and everything is identical but after much measuring and marking, I decided to go with a more common sense approach.I clipped the seat brackets onto the third row seat I would be using and placed the entire thing in the back of the Jeep, placed it exactly where it needed to be and then marked where the brackets sat and each of the mounting holes. Then removed the seat and used that as a guide. After trial and error, this is what I suggest on installation. Put your bracket in after you mark where it needs to be and use a center punch to mark one hole on either end of the bracket. Then remove the bracket and drill those two holes, I used a 1/4" bit, then went up to a 3/8" and then to a 1/2" which is the size you'll need for the nutserts. The bolt is an M8 by the way.Once I drilled those two holes and put in the nutserts (recommend a pneumatic or electric nutsert gun, you can do it manually but the floor pan is so thick it's very difficult). I bolted the bracket to the floor using those two holes. Then I used my 3/8" drill bit and drilled out the remaining holes using the bracket itself as a guide. The holes in the bracket are 3/8" so this works perfectly. Then remove the bracket, drill out the holes to 1/2" and proceed to install the rest of your nutserts. This is the easiest way to install these. Using a template you'll find that due to the structural obstructions under the floor, if the holes aren't literally almost perfect then once you go to screw down your bracket you'll have at least one screw that doesn't line up. Using the bracket itself as a template keeps this from happening.I hope this helps someone in the future.

They work great. Look great and are half the price of the competitor. I just wished they came with a template for install. Had to make my own, but no worries. Still a good product

Was able to install easy but the nutserts provided are cheap. One bracket was warped but I installed it anyways. Other than that everything was great. I have the nutsert tool so it was easy to install them.

Had to grind some of the rear seat latch so it would release to tumble forward.
