Easy to install. I did not use the enclosed wire nuts, but opted for heat shrink, solder ring butt splice connectors. Neat and clean.Much brighter than incandescent.

My harbor freight trailer had some busted lights, so I got these to replace them. It was an easy install, wires, bolts, slots. It all worked perfectly, if you need easy to install lights, bright lights, and lights that just do "their job" get these.

I'm using these on a utility trailer so I'll won't be able to comment on how the hold up being submerged. Standard 2-bolt installation; quick and easy to install. Lights are brighter than the LEDs I replaced. They're slimmer, too, about only half as thick. I deducted a star for two reasons - the wire is a thinner gauge, 16, maybe 18 gauge. But since they're a low-draw LED, this may be of no consequence. The other reason is the leads are a little short. I could have used about 3 more inches on the ground wire to reach the ground attachment. I had to splice in the needed extra. Otherwise, they're working great, installed easily, and I'm pleased. If things go south, I'll be back. Otherwise, no news is good news.

I needed cheap, this was it. Wiring was thick enough, not dry rotted. Mounted on top of boat guide posts out of the water. Should last a good while being out of the water. My tralier is 18ft and with the guide posts I had to extend the wires but no biggie. When wiring make sure your ground locations have been sanded or wire brushed for a clean contact. Others mention tag holder is flimsy. Well I hit a pothole the other day its still attached with zip ties. Seems fine to me but I also have it mounted up high. Hope this helps

My standard-bulb trailer lights from one of the big home stores have always been iffy. They'd work for months and then one would stop working, requiring much fiddling around to get them both to work again. So I decided to try these LED waterproof lights instead.They were easy to install, though I would of preferred to have the bolts mounted through the housing but I understand they did not do that so they'd be more watertight.Initially one did not turn on. They need good ground and my trailer is heavily painted. After using a drill to sand down to the bare metal all was well. Lights are amazingly bright compared to the old bulb ones.The listing for these is more confusing than the actual install. The wires are color coded to standard trailer wiring and you just hook up the four wires to the proper colors and you'll have running and brake lights.Then each light has a separate ground. Without good ground the light won't work.I'm confident these will work more consistently than my old setup and consider this money well spent.
