Well made and attractively gift boxed this is a perfect all around gift. The box is relatively plain not giving a hint to what is inside, once opened it has a red bow that can be placed around the cup or box and given directly without gift wrapping. The saying is succinct without being insulting should your daughter see the mug when in use or in the cabinet and this is a gift that can be given to a female or a male without it being ackward
