The basketball hoop is a very good product. We needed to replace the rim and I called and emailed Mayfire and they responded the same day. They sent out the replacement rim the next day. They are exceptional and completely satisfied. Thank you

This basketball goal exceeded the expectations I had when it was ordered. It was easy to assemble with two sets of hands. The instructions were not the best, but still understandable. After assembly, we filled the base with water and it feels very stable. The height adjustment is very easy and simple to do. The rim is very sturdy, but all the other components seem to be done on the cheaper side. I worry about the durability especially with it being in outside conditions. The provided net is very cheap. After one rain event, the red color has faded. Now instead of the red, white, and blue color that’s pictured we have a red, pink, and blue net.

Don't let the price fool you, this is a nice little hoop! I got this to replace one that was super cheap and poorly designed, not expecting much given the relatively similar price, especially compared to some of the $1000-$2000 ones you see at sporting goods stores, but I am pleasantly surprised at how well designed this is. Assembly was pretty easy, instructions were pretty clear, and I was able to get it all set up with "help" from my kids in about 20-30 mins. I really like the toolless height adjustment, especially since my 10 year old can operate it without help, and the clear backboard gives it a more high-end and official appearance. The base is also very well designed, with separate fill holes of appropriate size depending on whether you want to fill it with sand or water. Given that I live in a cold climate, I opted for play sand. I initially bought two 50lbs bags, but found that there is space for at least another half a bag, which I have found is not crucial to provide sufficient anchoring, even with the strong winds we get in central Indiana. My only major wish is that there was some sort of spring assist or counterweight attached to the adjustment mechanism to make it easier to adjust the height without having to bear the weight of the hoop and backboard while moving it up or down. Even without, this operation is not difficult or strenuous, but might make it easier for my 7 year old to do it as easily I his big brother can. Besides that, the thin acrylic backboard is a bit noisy when it takes a direct hit from the ball, sort of like hitting the surface of a big drum, but then again, basketball is an inherently loud sport, so this most likely will not bother anyone willing to buy this in the first place. Overall, I am happy with this product and would definitely choose it again.

My son loves his new hoop. Like that you can change the height with ease. And it does take up a lot of space. Came with all the tools to put together

My kids absolutely love this portable basketball hoop! It was easy to set up and adjust to the perfect height for them to play. The quality is excellent and it's a great way to keep them active and entertained outdoors.

I purchased this basketball hoop for my son’s birthday and he hasn’t stopped playing with it since! The portability makes it easy to move around the yard and the sturdy build ensures it can withstand hours of play.Definitely recommend for kids who love basketball!
