I think this is just a bunch of silliness. The description makes a lot of wild claims, like this shirt is magic or something. It's just a shirt. A tight, stretchy shirt. I like that part. It's like wearing a hug, except the hug is from a toddler. Nothing wrong with getting a hug from a toddler, but the shirt needs to be much longer to fulfill its purpose. I think it's designed for big, fluffy guys like me, but the short length takes away the comfort as it is too short to contain my rotundity. Time to get on that treadmill. The shirts weren't terribly expensive, but, I think for what I paid the quality should be much better. Just cheap stretchy shirts with funky graphics.

Not sure how to rate this. It is good for posture.. it helps with away sweat, kinda, but it will dry quickly which is good. Makes you look better. So basically a win.

So far I have used them for a few weeks and I definitely sweat a lot more in my torso area where I am trying to lose inches. They definitely improve my "shape" but I don't feel any posture changes.

Concept was there but as exactly as advertised. Could have been longer as well. Hate having to pull it back down every-time i raise my arms in the slightest. could have had some conforming at the bottom as well. would not buy it again. dicks sporting goods brand is a lot better

If you want to buy this before doing so go to the ATM machine, and withdraw $20. Put the money on the passenger seat. Get on the interstate with all your windows down. And watch your $20 fly out the window because that's about the same thing going to happen if you buy this. The size it comes in isn't accurate. And wearing it is a big waste.
