It arrived almost a week earlier than expected! Super impressed with that! Also it was folded like they say, as the picture indicates. Remember to open it before install, it can take up to 3hours in a heated room/sunlight to fully get its shape back. As you can see we were able to install it no problem and it is in the right shape for install. The color matches perfectly!!! Very thankful! Saved us so much money as compared to a local body shop indicating it would be $700 for the painting (not including buying a bumper) and $900 including the install but again without the bumper in that price!

Although this did fit properly and came in quicker than expected I was pretty disappointed to see that it’s not the right color. Despite me sending the paint code AND a picture of the code on the label inside the driver door jamb of my car. Car is spicy red metallic, bumper is spicy red. And yes, it is noticeable.

Still can't believe I ordered a new front end for my wife's car on Amazon and it worked out perfectly. It arrived a couple days later. Packaged well. I wasn't able to install it for a couple weeks but when I did it fit perfectly. And, the paint color was a dead-nuts match! Took me about four hours (a pro probably could have done it in about two). It came with great instructions about unpackaging and customer service info if there was a problem. Obviously, I hope I don't have to do this again, but if I have any further vehicle issues I'll definitely look to MBI Auto first. I am still truly surprised this entire process went as smoothly as it did. Sorry for no pics, but her little Kia looks brand new!

Customer service was excellent offered me a full refund to let me keep it but I declined I'll repaint it myself, just need a better painter and a second coat of clear then they could really have something good

Bought for a silver 2013 Kia Optima EX. Arrived very quickly all things considered. Bumper came folded and I'd recommend giving it a day or two to 'unfold' itself before putting it on the car. Paint was nice, not an exact match but close enough. All the lines matched up great.If you want a bumper that matches your car's paint exactly, you should go to a reputable body shop and pay the $500-$2000. But for $200 and a couple hours of work, this is a great way to save money.

All I have to say is the paint job on this bumper was factory perfect. When I purchased I was informed that there may be minor blemishes due to packing and shipping. I tried really hard to find one blemish and could not find one. The bumper was a dead on perfect fit and color. My only complaint is I should have done this sooner. My car looks awesome again for way less money and some sweat equity put in. Update: the bumper also holds up very well to multiple car washes no marks as of yet
