  • 330mm length thermocouple -11/32-32 UNS male thread. 270 mm gas aluminum tubing, aluminum pipe inlet fitting thread: 7/16- 24 UNF male.You need to be gentle when bending the pipes into place so not to pinch or crack them.
  • The pilot assembly attaches to the water heater main burner tube and has a gas tube and thermocouple. The gas tube is the pilot light which ignites the gas from the main burner. The thermocouple is a device, when heated, generates electricity that is sent to the propane gas control. The gas control then allows gas to flow freely through the main burner.
  • This pilot assembly replacement replaces atwood water heater propane pilot valve assembly in RVs; easy to Install and Replace, just remove the old water heater igniter and install the new one in the original position

We were having issues with the pilot light not staying lit on our travel trailer (an older Jayco) and this was exactly what we needed. The problem was the pilot gas tube was plugged. We changed out to this thermal coupler and it instantly lit. Hubby was a happy camper! (No pun intended LOL) It was very easy to install and seems to be made of good quality material. The tube is flexible and easy to shape. It's a perfect fit. We would definitely recommend this.
