McKesson elastic self-adherent cohesive bandages offer versatility for healthcare workers, physical trainers and others providing first aid and medical care. The bandage rolls are designed to provide light compression and soft tissue support for minor strains and sprains; secure splints and hot or cold packs; or hold dressings in place. The non-sterile compression wrap bandages are designed for single use and are self-adhesive and easy to remove, eliminating the need for fasteners or clips. They conform to the body's natural contours and movement without chafing the skin. The bandages do not contain natural rubber latex, making them safe for use by people with skin allergies. The come in 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 inch widths. All come in 5 yard lengths.Have unique embossing that catches and holds liquids.

I was under the impression that this brand was only for hospitals or medical facilities but I'm very happy that a normal consumer can get these to have at home. The packs that they come in can have you stocked up for months, if not years. I ended up dividing them among my family so that we all had some for our first aid kits. When I first went to use them I noticed that they were not sticky at all so I was very surprised when they ended up sticking to themselves. This is going to be great for when a normal sized bandage won't cut it.

I've used these bandages for all kinds of wound care, and I often prefer to use these with a bit of gauze instead of a Band-Aid. These are very versatile and good for parts of the body that move a lot, like hands, and keep their adhesion for a long time. With a big box like this, I don't need to worry about changing the dressing frequently. They do need to be cut with a pair of scissors, and the flip side of that is that they do not tear once they are applied. When I apply one of these bandages, it stays securely attached for many hours, and usually by the time it is getting weaker, it's also time to change the gauze, so the quality is perfect. I would recommend these bandages.

This stuff is great to have on hand, to use as a bandage for r any age, it sticks to itself and is pretty comfortable for long term wear!

This is a great addition to the first aid kit, with our camping and hiking adventures, as well as having a family full of daredevils, you never know what type of wound someone will end up with. This works to hold gauze in place until medical care can be sought, and it comes with enough to last for years. It is similar quality to what our local ER uses, and stays put just as long.

Most people not in the medical profession are likely familiar with this as the wrap placed over the bandage or cotton ball after a blood draw. Neither sticky to the touch nor sterile, it sticks remarkably well to itself and makes an excellent compression wrap. It has a multitude of uses in a hospital or clinical setting, and is also commonly found in veterinary clinics.I grabbed this as soon as I spotted it, primarily to add to our earthquake/emergency supplies--both for us and for our pets--and just to keep on hand for those times when accidents strike.It's worth noting that this is not latex-free, so those of us who are sensitive to latex will need to keep a barrier between this wrap and exposed skin. It is a bargain at this price for the amount you receive, and well worth it for anyone wanting to lay in some medical supplies. Highly recommend!
