These work wonderfully and love that they all can go back in one carry all case. The side pockets are great for keeping extra work books and the instructional dvds.

I purchase mannequins to conduct classes for which I charge a fee; thus, it is a business for me. Upon receiving the mannequins, they were defective after the first class; a spring even flew out of one of the ears of the mannequin. I requested a return, which has become an annoying and frustrating process. They asked me to pack everything back into a large box, for which I had to spend $15 to purchase. Additionally, I expended time and gasoline in this process. The worst part is that I lost two classes because I did not have mannequins in good condition to teach. I contacted Amazon, which has been providing very poor and rude customer service for a while now. They didn't offer any assistance and essentially closed my chat. It's sad that I purchased the same brand of mannequins about two years ago, and the product quality was very good. I would say that has changed, and I will have to seek alternatives for purchasing them elsewhere.

Good quality. BT and breath feature is great. FYI -- If you get the BT version, the advanced airway sensor (a white with rubber tip) is tucked inside the chest between the foam and skin. To open the chest up, use the SHOULDER TABS and not the small tabs that hold the skin on. Works great. Highly recommended if you can afford it.
