I have now broken 2 handles. The round flimsey part of plastic handle inside the blue sleeve is not sturdy, it breaks and snaps easily with very little pressure. You cannot glue back together either because no glues work on the plastic. We tried many kinds of glue. It's not easily reinforced to be used again with broken 😡 handle. Plastic neck of device needs to be made larger/wider round and stronger plastic so that it does not bend and break apart. Much too costly to be buying every few months.

I got this for my mom after her hip replacement . She loved it for staying clean not being able to get into shower. It’s worth the cost except for the toilet paper assistance, this is useless. . Keeping that in mind the bundle is worth the buck .

The whipping assist is too wide to fit comfortably and does not clean very well. Will get a bidet instead.

My doctor suggested I purchase this to help with hygiene after carpal tunnel surgery on both hands at once. I guess it sort of worked? I found it clumsy and difficult to eject the paper from. Thankfully I didn't need it for long at all. However, it is excellent at taking up room in my bathroom cabinet because I hate the thought of tossing something I spent money on and the idea of donating it seems gross.
