Brilliant shine and classy looking stones not cheap plastic. Only problem was that it came rolled on a piece of cardboard wrapped in plastic rap! Quite the disappointment upon opening the package and I almost returned it because it looked either the remnant of something or a returned product but I ended up using it and it looks very pretty on my black dress.
