The internal fiberglass weave is super smooth making it easy to install around cables , tubing etc. .Definitely worth $ 1.58 a foot .

Great product help protect those wires from heat and from arching out. I do recommend wearing gloves. and I do recommend using heat shrink and keeping them away from a positive current due to the fact that the outer shell of the product is aluminum and will conduct electricity.
