I use them to work out and just regular day use. Very comfortable and stretchy. Although, if you've got big legs and weren't looking to have tight pants, these aren't the ones. My legs aren't huge, but they're thicker and if I was any more muscular, they'd be leggings with pockets.

These are true to size. They have the fitted ankle and are a rather slim fit which was perfect for my tall and lanky son. He is about 6'1, 145 pounds. He wasn't a fan of the really thin fabric. They remind me of old style gym pant material. They aren't a soft fabric or a standard cotton. His only complaint was the material.

The zippered pockets are aesthetic only; no storage. What a fake out. 😩
