I'm a hospice nurse and when it's cold out I usually wear a hoodie to see patients but that's not very professional looking. I found this jacket at a cheap price and it's terrific. I ordered 3x and it fits me well, I'm 5'11" 220lbs former weightlifter build, it's comfortable while not snug and not huge. Looks very professional compared to a hoodie, quite comfortable as well, I think I paid around $20 and it's a complete steal at that price.

This feel of fleece is hard to find now for some reason, this is a good fit (slightly long) but overall good quality!

I work as a nurse, and every clinic I have ever been to always keeps the AC blasting and freezes my bones. Granted, probably doesn't help that I am basically half lizard and run cold most of the time. I needed something better than most scrub jackets, because thise of us who work in healthcare know that too often a scrub jackets ends up being made of the same lame, thin material as the scrubs themselves, making the jacket barely more than a long sleeve tee. Not gonna cut it for Ol' Frosty the Snowman right here. This is basically a super lightweight fluffy fleece jacket. The outer surface is kinda smooth and flat, while the interior is very soft and pleasant fleece. You WILL warm up wearing this jacket.If I had any complaints, I guess I wish it had a chest pocket. As it stands, there are 2 hand warmer pockets on the outside, and then 2 interior pockets in the same location. Enough storage space, no a big deal by any means considering how much I like the rest of the jacket.For reference, I am male, 5'9", 165lbs, with a 69.5" arm span, and the Medium fits perfectly.

Bought this for my husband & he loves it! It's just warm enough to take that chill off inside an air conditioned room or during the evening stroll. Makes for great layering. Fits true to size & feels soft and comfortable.
