These are great for a quick reference during a code if needed. They are right there on your badge so you don't have to flip through pages to find what you need. All the med doses are right there in a table, which is the main reason I wanted them.

I was afraid it would show and was going to hole punch to make it horizontal but then realized with just cutting off the code blue/pharm title it hides perfectly behind my longer badges, so I am very pleased!
