I like its size, the quality of the glaze and the design of the 3 wells. It makes sense to have ready access to the different wells when mixing. For me it has been an excellent addition to my water colour painting.

This has become my favorite watercolor palette. Good large mixing spaces. Put a little paint straight from the tube, spritz, create pools of color. Really a good palette and very easy to clean.

Yes! This is breathtakingly beautiful (besides practical). Love how it's divided into three areas. Even though I checked out the measurements before I bought it, it still still feels unexpectedly larger than I thought. And I like that. It's just right. An excellent buy!

I purchased this and it’s great. I like the square design which makes it easy to have along side all my other rectangular items on my art desk, the large areas are great for large colour washes… easy to clean.But if you’re on a budget just go to your local reuse centre and look for sushi or soy sauce plates. They also work. They may have fine line cracks in them but still do the job.

This is great for mixing, doesn't take up a ton of space, and gives you separate sections to play with. I really like ceramic plates as they are easy to clean, probably not the most travel-friendly as they are heavier but that's not what they are designed for. I use this for watercolor painting.

Excellent product; heavy enough to stay put on work surface yet light enough for convenience. Ceramic finish nicely done all around but especially the base which is not at all abrasive/scratchy from kiln firing. This pallet design is perfect for my watercolors. I would definitely recommend and repurchase this item.

I paint with water colors. . This palette is a good size for mixing, with nice size wells. It has a good weight to it, making it secure where you place it. The size is perfect for my use. I will be placing it, when needed, inside a larger palette to control a large puddle for a wash. Then when no longer needed it can easily be removed. I own many different palettes for different uses, making it easy for me to change them out as needed. Being porcelain it is easy to clean. All the palettes I own are porcelain for this reason.

This is a good size for my small desk. Plenty of space to mix colors and also keep some separate. Easy to wash. I would recommend to my watercolorartist friends. It also came packaged well in styrofoam and a sturdy box.

Last month I treated myself to the Meeden dual-reservoir water tank and this month I got the 10x7 mixing tray to go with it. Water tank sits comfortably in the large section of the tray and any spill over is captured. The two smaller sections are great for mixing watercolor. I worried about reviews that talked of warpage and rough surfaces but finally clicked the buy button and the one I received is perfect! Pure white, smooth, and perfectly level. I could have continued on with my plastic yogurt cups on a paper towel but somehow I knew that one day disaster would strike and I would dump my dirty water across my painting. Now I don't know how I lived without these porcelain gems up til now. Meeden has some very well-made and very affordable porcelain pieces that I highly recommend. Treat yourself to some porcelain!!
