2.4G Connection Steps:
- 1. Take out the usb receiver on the bottom of the mouse
- 2. Insert computer USB interface (When the product is used for the first time, an automatic hardware installation prompt will pop up in the lower right corner of the computer)
- 3. Turn on the power switch to green.
- 4. Short press the mode switch button to green.
- 5. The mouse is connected and used normally.
Bluetooth Connection Steps:
- 1. Turn on the power switch to green.
- 2. Short press the mode switch button at the bottom of the mouse the 1 blue light flashes slowly
- 3. When connecting for the first time pairing is required. Press and hold the mode switch button for more than 3seconds, and the Bluetooth light will change to flash mode.
- 4. Open the search bluetooth device click connect to pair successfully.
- 5. Bluetooth Device Name: BTM010 5.2_1, BTM010 3.0_1

Ordered this for my online classes. I've never had a left handed mouse, but I was tired of wrist pain from using the regular mouse, so I took a leap and ordered this one. I am head over heels happy with this mouse, wrist fatigue/pain is gone. does take some getting use to, but overall not bad. fits my hand perfectly it's light, I love it's design and the price was worth it. Good quality. So far works perfectly and as described. I am thinking of ordering one for work as well.

This mouse is perfect. The color is amazing, the sensitivity is perfect, it's easy and fast to scroll with, and I can't detect any lag. The color is fantastic and I love the lights! I have a lot of chronic pain in my wrist/elbow and this has helped tremendously. Unfortunately, after a little over a year of use, the USB connector broke. I couldn't bear the thought of getting any other mouse so I reached out to customer service to see if there was a way they could replace the connector. They ended up sending me a whole new mouse! I really appreciated how quick they responded and handled it. I emailed them on a Friday and I had a new mouse by Wednesday! I also appreciated that they made sure to send me the same color.

I have a lot of wrist pain, so this mouse was perfect for me. The color is cute and the size fits well for my hands. The clicking is mostly quiet, and it worked pretty well overall. I was even able to do some light gaming. However, it stopped working after a month of use. It doesn’t charge when I plug it in, (I’ve tried multiple cords), and it doesn’t turn on anymore. If it does turn on, it’s for a split second until it turns off again. The red light at the bottom doesn’t turn on. It’s a shame because I really did like it :,(.

Actually really LOVED the mouse.. loved to be able to cable-charge and use mouse at the same time! love that it connects with cable, bluetooth, 2.4. Love that it's vertical ergo style, overall very comfy, pretty color & LED's too. Very unhappy it won't charge anymore, stopped charging after about a year.****EDIT**** Feb 4, 2025I reached out to the manufacturer, Meetion, and I'm very pleased! They will be replacing my non charging mouse! 5 stars for fast, outstanding service.

The mouse worked well, and was very comfortable to use (I have large hands) but stopped working two months after first use.Edit: The company reached out and offered to send me a new item or a refund. So, I'll keep my original review for transparency and say that I give it five stars because it is very useful for me and my use case, specifically for my hand size. Should it break again, I'll have to edit this again, lol.

It's a nice mouse. I have long fingers and it fits my hand better than any other mouse I've used. It is smooth and is working well so far after one week of use. It seems to be holding charge pretty well, too. When the mouse goes to sleep when not in use it's easy to wake it up with a mouse click. I like it so far and the price was good.

The mouse is amazing, it works perfectly for my MacBook Pro, can mimic many gestures. In addition, its size is just right, with ergonomic design, easy top grab in hand, comfortable to use. It is above my expectation!

UPDATE: Fantastic customer service. Very communicative and replaced the non-working mouse for free. In the interest of transparency, the replacement was done outside of the amazon return system which may be frowned upon, but was a very smooth experience for me personally. Also please take this update with some grain of salt as I have only been using the fully-functioning version for a week now, but everything is working as it should. I also wanted to add to my original review that the buttons are even more silent than my previous mouse which is greatly appreciated.ORIGINAL: I love the finger contours and it feels great in the hand. It is a bit smaller than expected given my medium hand size based on their charts. I feel like I have to pinch my thumb in a bit more than I'd like but that also seems to be the case with most vertical mice.My main complaint is that I bought this to replace a 4 year old mouse whose scroll wheel had given out. This one gave out in less than a month. As I try to scroll a direction it jumps back and forth or sometimes goes the complete opposite direction! I've tried cleaning the wheel but I didn't have that problem with the previous mouse for years so I don't think it's a cleanliness issue. Probably going to start looking for a replacement already.

Liegt super in der Hand und und ermüdet auch bei langem Arbeiten nicht . Einzig die 2 Daumentasten sind ein bissl unnötig, auf die zweite kommt man gar nicht hin und ich hab Handschuhgröße 9,5. Aber sonst TOP!

It's a great mouse that was very responsive, ergonomic, and looked really great with the LEDs. Unfortunately, mine stopped recharging after only a year, which I feel wasn't worth it in value.
