I'm 2 years HRT, my girth has shrunken alot since then and I get by just fine with just gaff tape.I wanted to assume this is for those that wish to wear Leggings but the pouch is so huge. You're better off just wearing either tight undees and learning how to pack or fold it in between your legs. No matter what you do, looking in the mirror will always activate your disphoria.I felt like my crotch was even more noticeable with this thing on.It's also not the most uncomfortable thing in the world, but it bordline on being useless, unless you've got a really big package.

I buy these for my transgender sister and she seems to like it for the camel toe bulge, but I think the waist band is way too thick and tight. My sister’s body is pretty toned so it doesn’t affect her too much, but if you’re chunky and have some blubber around the waist, you should consider getting one or 2 sizes up. She ordered some for herself a while back and got a medium. It was very tight on her but she didn’t mind because this was her first transgender underwear. She wanted more so I ended up ordering one medium, one Xl, and three larges. The XL is obviously more comfy and Barely loose but the large size probably helped hold everything together better and was a little more comfy than the medium but still pretty tight. So what I’m saying is that even if u size up, it’s not going to be a huge difference but might help for comfort.

Does just what i wanted it to. It makes everything flat and natural, fit perfectly, great material and no discomfort. It's invisible even in spandex.

For someone who has recently come to realize they experience gender dysphoria, this was perfect! The cut of this brief was in a familiar men's bikini style, where the waistband sat about 2" below my navel. The seat of this brief was full, so if you are planning on wearing panties over it, I would suggest grabbing the thong variant, so less of this brief will show underneath. A high cut panty will also help hide this brief from showing underneath.The padding in the front gave a positive body image for me and was comfortable when tucking me in. As I ordered a small (the smallest size, and the correct size for my body), I can't say whether other's advice of grabbing a size smaller helped with the tuck, but I couldn't imaging going any smaller than I had. I wouldn't recommend this for someone seeking a really tight, flat tuck, but the positive body image was my primary goal, and it delivered.For other people who say that this feels like wearing a diaper or cup, I think there is some truth to that. You can feel the padding holding you in, but I kind of found that sexy.The lace in the front was a small, sexy touch and much appreciated. It Added enough of a feminine accent that I felt comfortable wearing these by themselves.I wouldn't mind seeing a higher cut variant of this product, with more lace and feminine accents, for a closer panty-like cut, but overall, I was extremely happy with these!

If you are a small (mens) better go with a medium, medium, go with a large (Size is a tad bit off, but not by much- remember gurls you want gaffs small to the hips & pantyline) But, overall I adore this product as both a MTF Trans & one who hustles to perfect my female physicality, this adds both a smooth pantyline to your once “dreaded boi bump” and also expresses a female pantyline with its imitative vaginal “cameltoe” construct! I adore it, very comfy, cozy, snug (if you don’t order too large!!) and sexy! Will recommend to all my gurlfriends!!

This is not only a very functional panty it actually fits and FEELS like a panty! The material is nice and the pouch for hiding that "thing" is well designed. I have a 29" waist and I ordered the small. Fits perfect. The only thing I may add is the next design could move the camel toe pouch further under the crotch and have it pulled up snug a little more. That's it! Highly recommended!

High Quality product the fit was good the M size works great for a 34 waist. very good material the client was very happy with his purchased. This is used as protection from scorpions, spiders and stinging insects while lying in deep wooded areas while hunting. A useful little item!! Would buy again from this company.

It looks good but it is quite a bit bigger then the picture. I'm a 28 waist and the small comes up to just under my belly button. The second picture is a better representation of the product then the first. Wearing it with panties it comes up higher then the panties and looks odd. Definitely looks convincing if that's what your going for with yoga pants or leggings and your waist isn't going to be showing.
