Required a little tailoring to get the vest to sit flat at my stomach and the jacket to look fitted, but the finished product came out very nice!

Nice jacket. Good quality and the perfect weight for southern climates. The only issue – the jacket was too large in the waist. The shoulders and sleeves fit perfectly. Just way too large in the waist. I returned the jacket for a refund. Good customer service. No issues on returning the jacket and the refund was received in a couple days. I will probably re-order again in a different size.

Very nice jacket. 100% wool but with a weight that didn't have me sweating in a very crowded formal dinner event to which I wore it. Service from the vendor Isla Trading in Edinburgh was excellent! I ordered the jacket on 23 Apr and paid for expedited shipping to ensure I received it in time for an event I had on 13 May. On 27 Apr I was contacted by the shipper and informed that the package had arrived at their facility in upstate NY ripped open and empty. I contacted Isla Trading and they sent a replacement jacket the same day which I received on 4 May in plenty of time for my dinner.

Size 46 S. Overall quality is very good. The chest size was perfect, but the abdomen was way too big. I am not skinny, but I am also not 4XL in the waist area! Sleeves were as advertised length, but I really needed an X-shirt option. Due to time restraints, I took to a tailor instead of sending back.

Got the jacket’s sleeves taken in. It has buttons on the cuff, so this will cost more than standard alterations since they must move all the buttons. Quality is good, nice heavy fabric.

I usually wear a 38R (US), I read online or other reviews on these jackets to order up a size so I ordered a 40R. When I got it and tried it on it was too large. I contacted the company and they arranged for the return of the jacket as well as sent me the smaller size.The look and quality of the jacket are nice and will work well for my wedding, but I really want to say that the customer service alone was absolutely outstanding.If reading this review, stop and purchase from this company. Great product and even better customer support.

At first I was worried about the sizes, because Amazon's size chart didn't refer to jackets. So I wrote to the Scotland kilt company asking for a recommendation. A proper chart with explanation came very fast. As you can see: The jacket fits perfectly. The quality is outrageous, I am really impressed. The Jacket has got 2 inside pockets and full lining. I am more than happy and honestly can recommend this jacket.
