I took a chance and ordered purple, yes purple. I found out this is a very universal color that goes with a lot of other colors.Anyway on to the build of this vest. I'm picky about my waistcoats and their look on me so this is a brand I've never owned but I took a chance. the material quality is nice, and not too thin or too thick. The fabric is smooth and lays nicely on my body, I like this 5-button waistcoat, which was nice because all the pockets were open so I didn't have to cut them.For the cost and quality, it's worth your consideration.

Very nice look with solid construction. I think for this price, you'll be pretty happy with this garment. It fits as intended if a little loose. It held up through a long and exhausting day with no issues. We've had it cleaned and it's now ready for the next adventure.

The look is clean and the fit is great. I think the arm holes are on the large size, but that is hardly noticeable with a dress shirt. I would have liked one less button on the front but, other than that, the vest is outstanding in all ways. I wear suits to work routinely and it is nice to find affordable professional clothing.Importantly, the vest is comfortable and offers sufficient movement through use of the adjustable strap on the back.

I never thought much about wearing a waistcoat/vest, but I tried it once and now I'm hooked. It's such a classy look that is not replicated by every other person, so it gets noticed and people regularly tell me they think I look nice. The color on this (purple) is spectacular, and the fit is somewhat adjustable using the straps in the back. The watch pocket is functional, and I wore a pocket watch with it the last time I wore it. Love it -- very satisfied.

Beautiful vest - the purple pops and adds serious style, works great under a sportcoat. The vest itself does run a little big, but can be cinched tight in the back with the strap. The material feels and looks good, definitely worth it for the price.

Don't let the pictures in the listing fool you - read the reviews. I am solidly a "medium" in men's tops, including t-shirts, dress shirts, etc. But I am not particularly muscular or barrel chested. If anything I like a slim fitting shirt. I figured the cinch on the back would handle this issue, but the whole thing is just too large for a slim guy like me. The sleeve holes also seem oversized. If you want this to be in any way fitted looking, I suggest ordering a size smaller than you need, and far enough in advance you can ship it back if you need your "real" size for any reason.Quality seems fine, if a little on the flimsy/thin side. My teenage son will probably fit it fine and loves to dress up in a top hat and vest with his dress pants and a collared shirt and tie, so I will probably go to him.Here's the scale I'm using for my ratings:⭐️ 1 star= Nope! I not recommended. It’s poorly made, or not what it’s listed to be.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars = Has some redeeming qualities, would not buy again.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars = Meh. It's passable. Might not be worth the price.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars = Good, but there’s something off⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars = Yes! Exactly what it should be.

This is a nice simple vest that can coordinate with any kind of suit or even worn on it's own. It seems to be of good quality and fits me almost perfectly. I'm not sure about the slim fit description but for a 3XL it surprisingly fits a little too loose on me. That is atypical as other suit vests I've worn in the past at a 3XL size towed that perfect line between being snug enough without being confining or constricting. Still I would rather have the vest a little too loose than being overly tight. Adjusting the tie in the back helps gives it a little bit more of a snug feel on my body. It's comfortable and easy to move around in.I feel like it's a great value for money item and deserves a 4.3 rating out of 5.0, rounded down to 4 stars.

Size Large. High Schooler: He usually wears a Large t-shirt and would say the sizing on this may run just a tad on the bigger size based on it being advertised as a "slim fit". He definitely has a tall slim frame, not overly muscular but not scrawny either and this is a little loose in the chest. You can tighten the waist a bit using the back cinch but would characterize the chest and and shoulders as a "relaxed fit". If you have a slim frame, be sure to order the size you need and do not size up. The construction is very good and the quality of the material is great too. A good value for $20.
