Like I said in my headline, these are really nice because they are slim enough to fit under clothes but still provide plenty of padding. I was a little weary because of the size chart, but it was accurate and everything fits perfect. I would absolutely recommend these!

My daughter plays ice hockey and we have found the padding in the hockey pants is not enough for her so looked into these types of pads for extra protection. The padding is a little odd but it may be due to how it distributes the impact. Overall the fit is a little big on her right now so hoping to use it in a few months, but the pads are in the places that it is most needed for falls.Recommended if your child (or adult) does any sports that may have impact to the hip, butt, and upper thigh area.

My son likes how these fit. They could make the legs a little move snug to the leg ( maybe my son has small legs). He uses this girdle for practice and light hitting days. He uses on with a hard shell for actual games. Easy to put on and take off - has decent padding.

I got this for bike riding, not really for any super physical activities. Seems to be fine for that. I definitely noticed after a 7+ mile ride that there was less irritation than what I'm used to. It's very clear that you are not to wash this in a washer and dryer, though, so don't do that. Hand wash only. Fit is really nice, doesn't feel too tight or loose.

My son is on the smaller side for 9th-grade football, so he chose a size small. The overall fit is good, and the padding is in the correct places. The only issue he has encountered is that the elastic waistband in the back is loose and does slide down; however, he only really uses these with football pants overtop, and these help keep them in place. Overall, they work for this football season and probably next.

My husband was so thrilled to get these! He says they’re comfortable, he feels secure in them, and the padding is just right, considering he’ll wear a separate cup protector. He will use this while playing roller hockey. Highly recommend and the quality is worth the price!

The breathability of this girdle was an unexpected surprise. It really fits great, true to size and stays in place. The pads are pretty hard, but they are in the right spot so it’s not uncomfortable. It washes great. I air dry it and all the stink comes out. The elastic around the waist and cuts into my skin a little, it’s sharp. Overall a nice quality option for under my football pads.
