I always like a good mock turtleneck to go under a sweater or button down shirt. Overall, I like this one. Some came be so heavy which just adds weight and thickness, but this one is so nice and lightweight that it feels more like an undershirt. The neck is a little loose, but that doesn't bother me too much since I don't like things squeezing my neck. The shirt seems well made, no fry threads and it fits well. Overall, a positive!

I love this mock turtle style shirt for golf because there are no collar lapels to snag when carrying my bag. The feel of this Polyester blend shirt is soft and smooth and helps with moisture wicking. I have already worn this shirt once, playing a round of golf, straight out of the package after receiving it, and it was very comfortable.After washing in cool water and machine drying at low temp, the shirt suffered no ill effects and felt brand new. The color should last for the life of the shirt and with proper care, this shirt should last for many years. It is already one of my favorite shirts.

I got the "wine red" one, which would have been fine. But the one I received looks to me more like a cherry red, which I actually prefer, so I'm happy with the slight deviation from the ad photo for the wine red one.I know it claims to be 100% polyester, but honestly, it feels like a soft cotton. Very comfortable, even without a t-shirt underneath. I normally do wear an undershirt, if only to get an extra wear out of the outer shirt, and this one works with that method, too. Put differently, the undershirt beneath makes it look just like any other respectably made outer shirt.The hems are two parallel single hems. That means a single torn thread in a hem isn't going to make a seam come undone. Even a zig-zag hem suffers from that potential problem, so this shirt's stitching is better than a zig-zag method, in my opinion.I'm a very standard healthy American male type, used to be a clothes model, and haven't fallen apart yet. So the size chart worked. I got a "Small", even though I usually take a medium. Measurements are 150#, 5'11", 39" chest, 29" waist, neck 15 1/2", and the small is perfect, nothing too loose, nothing too baggy, and it hangs down just the right amount. Neck size is ideal, not baggy, not overly tight. The stretchiness of the material suggest to me that if you're in doubt about which size to get, get the smaller of the two.I can't find anything not to like about this shirt, so five easy stars. I am ordering other colors as I like the fabric and fit.Pros:- True to size: Fits well for average builds, with a soft, t-shirt-like feel.- Fabric quality: Soft, comfortable, and not overly thin like some athletic wear.- Versatile: Great for casual wear or to keep warm at the gym.- Looks just like the photos: The manufacturer’s photos match the actual product perfectly.Cons:- Neck opening: The neck is too loose, making it lose the crisp look of a mock turtleneck.- Fit around the neck: The collar may be too wide, and even sizing down might not fully fix this issue.Additional Notes:If you're between sizes, consider sizing down to improve the neck fit, but be aware that it will make the shirt tighter on the torso.

I like mock turtlenecks but its hard to find a great one. The fabric on this is polyester, so it's light weight and fairly cool, but doesn't wick moisture very well. The fabric and sewing seems to be of decent quality and it's comfortable to wear. The sizing seems to run a bit large for my preference as well.

Great quality shirt. The material is soft yet durable. The neck line is flattering and does not stretch out. The shirt is a true black and is not see through at all. True to size and comfortable.
