Got these for Halloween and maybe for a con or two in the future. I’m not sure if they’ll last much longer than that but for what I paid for them, they look awesome and seem comfortable enough. They are a little loose around my feet as some other reviews have said but I don’t think it’s anything that can’t be fixed with some thick socks . As some other reviews said, these aren’t the $200 boots you see elsewhere so don’t expect them to be.

While they do look pretty cool and fit comfortably, the "leather" straps that go horizontally across the shin pop out and flop all over as I walk. There's no rivets or sewing to keep them in and the "adjustable loops" don't do squat. Get what you pay for, inexpensive boots = gonna have a couple problems.

Had issues with my order getting lost but when I got them I was glad. Pretty sturdy though only for show purposes, probably not strong enough to do anything more than walking and maybe some short, not intensive dueling or running

These are terrible quality and look really bad in person. They're basically on-par with those bagged Halloween costume accessories you can buy at Walmart, except that these cost $50. The sole is covered in colored-tape. For $50, you can get real boots at a shoe store, so these are really dumb. Returned.

I love the looks of the boots and they give my costume the intense intimidation look I was going for. They are pretty cheap for the amount of cosmetics that come into play. I picked a size larger for extra room just in case I needed room to work with but turns out I didn’t have to. They fit perfectly with wearing two pairs of socks and I recommend them for early cosplaying. They break down quite easily for the padding, that’s why I wear two pairs of socks with it which in turn solves that problem. Overall the best pair of boots I could find!

The boots fit my feet perfectly. They did not fit my calves. I had to leave them unzipped about 3/4 up from the bottom. They look pretty good. I wish there was more foot support, but a pair of insoles solved that problem. The other issue that I had was that my foot moved in the boot. When I lifted my foot to step, the boot did not lift, it would scrape across the floor. That being said, I chose the $70 boots instead of a $200 pair. I think they are a good value for the money.
