the door system is great - works well, lots of features - awesome product support, this key pad is a nice addition.it is rare that you find a company with this level of customer support - they are great, I will continue to buy these systems for all our buildings.

I have worked with many access control systems, but since I started my business I have been happy to find a system that works great for the local businesses that I provide a service to. The system is affordable, it’s user friendly to the point customers can manage it and the customer service is great by email or by phone in case of any trouble shooting that has to be done. I recommend it. I use it with windows based computers to run the software and I would recommend purchasing one and going through all the features it offers to get used to it.

FOB access worked great upon installation, but we could not figure out how to send the PIN to an external access control system. Sent an email to the support address and had the answer quickly! Typing this on the panel puts it into a Wiegand slave-only mode:* 999 999 # 5 2 3 4 # *Excellent and fast tech support! Will buy again.
