This unit measures 7 ½ “ w x 9 3/4 “ H x 4” D. Constructed of heavy 22 gauge steel. This unit has a lift top disposal lid secured to the cabinet with a full length steel piano hinge. It also comes with a unique inner frame that pivots to change the liner and hold it securely in place. The plastic bag liner stays hidden inside the unit for a clean and sanitary look. SD2010B, stainless steel feminine hygiene courtesy bag dispenser is made in the USA. These dispensers are made of highly durable, 22 gauge welded steel construction, making them extremely strong and reliable. The front cover is lockable and is securely attached with a piano hinge which opens to easily refill the unit with a new box of sanitary napkin and tampon disposal bags. The bags are dispensed through the oval opening on the front cover. Wall or partition mountable with pre-drilled mounting holes to make installation a breeze. (mounting hardware is included).
This dispenser measures: 6.25" W x 5.25" H x 1.5" D. For use with S.A.C. Sanitary napkin disposal bags (SB8836). This unit has a low 1.5 inch profile, which is perfect for small spaces and restroom stalls. The S.A.C.sanitary napkin disposal bag dispenser is wall or partition mountable. Suggested placement is within arms reach of the toilet or near the toilet paper dispenser.

These were easy to install and look as good as can be expected for what they are. I haven't heard any complaints so they must function well. They arrived well packed with no scratches. We ordered around 7 sets, and 1 dispenser had a faulty lock. I had no problem replacing it.
