The applicator seems to be the right thickness and smooth to apply the Clear coat liquid. Have not been able to use it due to cold temperatures we are having now.

I love the price, I love the fact that it holds up very well unlike others that only last 1 or 2 uses. I used this for the entire process and it did great on light scratches and the polish was magnificent. I have a black toyota the rain spots were not coming out with normal wash but with this it looked brand new

I recently purchased the Menzerna 6 Inch Pads for the removal of slight to moderate scratches. Here are some best practices and my experience using it:+ Pairs well with broad range of polishes - in my case the medium cut 2000 and 2300 but also the 3 in 1 One Step Polish and even the heavy cut compound 400 green line - depending on how deep the scratches on the paint coat are+ Dosage - 5-6 pea-sized drops are fully sufficient for a section+ Should have more than 1 pad ready - I found switching to a new pad every 2-4 panels (depending on size) produced the best results+ Pads can be reused and washed - I let them soak for about 5 minutes in hot water with Dawn dish soap, then massage the old polish out by hand, rinse the pads under water and then let them dry on a rackMenzerna's polishing pads are available in four different hardness levels: Heavy Cut (red), Medium Cut (yellow), Soft Cut (green) and Wax Foam (blue). They are available in the standard pad size 3,5'', 6'' and 7''. I tested the 6'' version of all four pads as part of my restoration projects and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire range.I hope this review was helpful for you - happy detailing!
