Seat is very uncomfortable very uncomfortable. I also tried to contact them several times through messaging because I was missing that piece that goes behind to connect the monitor and I have never gotten a response for them. I’ve text him three or four times left messages for the last few days what kind of company your business is this you would think there’ll be a little more professional.

This bike may be compact sized, but it has serious heft and weight to it that it is stable and does not wobble no matter how hard I peddle. The smoothness of the magnetic friction drive is for sure a sign of quality, it make almost no noise unlike the clanking sound that my old bike used to make even when new. There are plenty of adjustability to make the bike seat and handle bar fit, but can be a hassle if there are multiple users as they are not super quick adjustments. The built-in display is kind of 1980s era, with only minimal information, the app, although more colorful and user friendly, still just provide logs and metrics, has no other features such as coaching or scenic routes, so I recommend just use another bike riding app and put the phone or tablet on the stand, but use a Velcro to secure the tablet as the stand is a slick type of plastic and the tablet will slide off if not careful. Overall, all the nitpicks are small items, the actual bike itself is solidly built and well deigned equipment that I expect will last for decades under normal use.

The bike comes disassembled, but the directions are easy to follow. Even without the booklet, it would be fairly easy to figure out. It's very sturdy and seems well built. The handle bars and seat have several height adjustments, and the seat can be slid further back. I'm 5' 3" and I have it all on the lowest/closest setting and it is not uncomfortable for me, but would likely not be a good choice for someone shorter. The wheel tension is controlled via a knob in the center of the bike and easy to do. It's unfortunate that it isn't numbered in some way so you knew what "level" you were at if you had a favorite for lighter or more intense workouts, but its not a deal breaker for me. It has 2 very large cup holders and a place above the screen for your phone or tablet. It's simple to use. Just hop on, turn the knob, to the desired tension and pedal! The screen automatically turns on and keeps track of your workout. It doesn't need to be plugged in and has wheels for moving it around. The bike is not noisy. I was easily able to hear others talking to me with no issue.

I ordered this for my daughter to keep in her room since she loved my bike so much. It's perfect size for her medium size bedroom. I like that the wheels are placed underneath the fly wheel. This makes the bike very easy to move. The bike is pretty quiet when using. She likes the shape of the handlebars, even more so than my bike. The seat wasn't soft enough for her, so we did end up ordering a different seat. However, that being said the seat is still really cushy, I think she just isn't used to bike seats. The adjustment on the bike is very helpful in finding a comfortable riding position. The bike is VERY heavy so be prepared. I needed another person to help me move it. The instructions were easy to understand, and it didn't take her too long to put the bike together. The bike is VERY sturdy. She only weighs 160 pounds, but it didn't wobble even when I got on it, and I weigh a lot more than her lol Overall, we are happy with the bike, and I would recommend this!
