Should be a set. Information is somewhat misleading, as no one would ever expect to buy, use, or need only 1 plug. My prop. Has 8 pvs holes, and had to go to dealer since this purchase, and bought all 3 sizes, 8 of each, for $35. Rip off price and marginally misleading advert.

changing these plugs is a pain but they work great and love how you can fine tune your hole shot!

This product fits my fury prop just like it is suppose too. Just keep in mind sold as individual so if you need three holes plug you need to buy three of them.
