Not sure it would work on toddlers, but for smaller heads, 6 1/4 etc it’s perfect. No reservoir tip of you know what I mean.

Pictures are of two different hats in the same color (pink). You can easily notice the difference of the top seams.Bought two for my toddlers (2 & 4). They fit both great, secure without being tight and bulky and are soft and light, but the top seams on one of the hats won't lie flat and not only looks janky but the feel of it bothers my daughter.

Excellent quality hat. It's just a little too big for our 3yo girl, but that's okay. I expect that we'll get a few good years out of this hat.
