Nice little stapler at a decent price. First use I put it through a day of putting down .25" plywood, tool performed perfectly.

Recently put in a new bathroom floor. Needed a narrow gap staple gun for this one job, and did not want to spend a fortune.Of the 500 or so staples involved, I had one misfire.Have no clue if this is durable enough for a professional, but for A DIY guy, would highly recommend.

Review update:I recently put about 2,000, 1-1/4" staples into 3/4" redwood fencing slats with no flubs, goofs, jambs or mistakes. Still lovin' this stapler.Original review:I'm very happy with how well this air staple gun works. Solid feeling. A nice pop when pulling the trigger. Easy depth adjustment. A fine tool at any price. The only thing that would make it better would be a belt hook; Metabo HPT Finish Stapler | Pro Preferred Brand of Pneumatic Nailers | 18 Gauge

I bought this for one job and may need it again in the near future so renting wasnt worth it but its a great tool that you might not need often as a DIYer. its light, easy to handle and once you realize it loads kind of from the back (for some reason that stumped me for a minute) super simple to use and very powerful. glad I bought it. safety first though, these staples are long, thick, strong and with a full tank would probably go through most body parts pretty easy

The tool shipped very quickly, it is extremely light weight and has a very powerful impact. The best of both worlds. I am very pleased with this tool so far. I am not able to address the longevity aspect as I have only just got it. A very helpful design feature is that you can easily glance to see how many staples you have left in the magazine.

Yeah, Metabo/Hitachi, doesn’t matter. This tool simply works, no matter the workload. Keep it properly lubed and keep on building.

I’ve never bought a Metabo tool that was not high quality. This pneumatic stapler is no exception. It’s a “finish: stapler so it’s not suitable for heavier construction but is perfect for things like light-gage chicken wire, temporarily hang plastic sheeting, and more. And it certainly lives up to the Metabo quality.Tip: never use a pneumatic tool without out oiling it properly - a few drips into the air connector before every use is sufficient. If starved for oil, any pneumatic tool may have a shortened life.

This is a fantastic tool, and I was especially surprised that it came with a case and the NPT connecter which it didn’t look like it would have from the picture. It’s light but robust. Highly recommend.

I saw enough videos to know the Matabo (formerly Hitachi) stapler is one of the best I can buy. I haven't used it yet and I will but only to cover myself under warranty. The price was acceptable. The Metabo is not cheap but you get what you pay for and it really wasn't expensive. My last stapler stopped working and try as I may I could not find anything wrong with it. Blowed if I'm going to buy another cheapie.I look forward to using the Metabo on my next wood project.
