Punches holes in concrete like butter. Smooth operation. I "tapconned" About 300 holes in foundation wall to support stone over 1 inch poly.

Great tool. We use it every day to set 5/8" drop in anchors in concrete for work. Drills fast and comfortable to use. Nice German quality. I'd buy another one when we need one.

I have been using my Milwaukee for almost ten years. It serves me day and night, fights the toughest concrete tooth and nail. It never fails me. I have extra cash so I decided to purchase another one so that I could give my Milwaukee a break and keep it as a backup. I chose Metabo, because it is a brand name. I am not sure I made a right decision. I opened the box, put a Milwaukee SDS Plus bit. It was a tight fit, but I could no longer pull the bit out. Maybe it was my bit, but remember I put a Milwaukee bit, not generic one. I called the customer service; they have great customer service; I cut the bit to fit in the box and returned it.

I had always used a Hilti hammer until trying this unit. I was shocked after using this unit. The Metabo is lighter and hits harder. Incredible tool that has been put to the test for over a year now.
