I bought the cheaper elite controller, and it did not come with the paddles, bought these and they work like factory. Good buy and good way to save extra cash.

The product is great, however, for the price I thought I was getting the paddles and the d-pad. That was my bad for mis-reading. The price for just the d-pad is high for what it is.

They work, though they are a bit loose, which is probably a slight flaw in the design of the controller as these are built to slot right in and hold without locking into place. They won't just fall out because you have to angle the paddle to remove or insert but the paddles will still wiggle in the slot a bit.Quality feels fine, they're pretty sturdy. However, and this is not the seller's fault at all, but it's ridiculous to buy a $150 controller and not have these little paddles included.Shipping was quite fast, no complaints with the seller.
