I’ve been searching for a solid wireless presenter that works seamlessly with my MacBook, and this one is an absolute winner! Right out of the box, it was plug-and-play—no drivers, no hassle, just instant connection. It works great with Google Slides and PowerPoint, which is perfect for my presentations. The dual-interface receiver (USB-A & Type-C) is a game-changer, especially since my MacBook only has USB-C ports. No need for extra adapters—just plug it in and go. The 100+ foot range is awesome, giving me total freedom to move around while presenting, and I love the easy to use laser pointer too!I also love the sleek aluminum build, which feels premium and sturdy. The magnetic receiver storage is a thoughtful touch, making sure I never misplace it. And the Type-C charging means I can charge it with the same cable as my MacBook—so convenient!Overall, this presenter is a must-have for MacBook users who want reliability, simplicity, and great design. Highly recommend!

There have been numerous circumstances in which I wish I had a pointer (or wireless presenter), most notably whilst presenting evidence at jury trials or during conferences. I wanted a pointer that would offer me the option of being able to use it as a "dumb" plug and play device without any connection at all to my laptop. I also wanted one that would connect directly to my laptop if needed, and interact directly with Microsoft Word pages or other apps, when I needed that ability. This pointer does both.It comes with four buttons; a page up button, a page down button, a light button, an enter button and an on/off button. The light button causes a small red dot to emerge from the device, which can then be pointed wherever the user prefers. The "enter" button merely activates a blue light when the device is not connected to a laptop, plainly indicating that the device is working. When the device is connected to a laptop, pressing the same button causes the same effect as using the "enter" button on the keyboard. The fact that the device can be charged via a USB-C port is greatly appreciated. In the box: A USB-C cord for charging the device is provided, along with the unit itself, an instructions manual (which I promptly ignored, being the undomesticated man I am) and a pouch with a drawstring for carrying it all.In operation: The device comes with a USB dongle cleverly tucked away at the bottom of the device. Even more considerately, the dongle is adaptable to either USB-C or a USB-A port. The device worked flawlessly on my 8th generation Lenovo X1 Carbon Thinkpad, and is now part of my presentation ensemble.

This is the third presentation remote I have owned and in my initial use it seems to be the most robust. I only purchase these remotes if they have a place to store the transceiver/receiver which this one does. Yes, I know some can run using Bluetooth but I have found I regularly need more than a range of 33', the limitation of Bluetooth. I was able to test this one to 80' and had no problems controlling the presentation. I really like that it has a firm on/off switch which almost certainly promises to protect it from turning on while in my travel bag. The positive feedback of the blue light when a button is pressed lets you know it is working and helps identify potential connectivity issues if the presentation doesn't progress. The transceiver/receiver is shown plugged into a computer in the final image. It plugs in firmly. The usb-c to usb-c charging cable is a nice touch, however, the included carry bag holds all the pieces making for a great package. This is a great value and I expect it to last many, many years. Don't cheap out... buy this presentation remote!

I have used a lot of these kinds of presenter devices over the years and they mostly seem all the same. This one attracted my attention because of its shape - something that could be slipped into a shirt pocket and used like a standard laser pointer, but with presenter functionality as well. Additionally, I was curious to see if the combination USB-A and USB-C receiver would actually work in either port.I tried the receiver in both type A and type C ports and it works well in either arrangement. I like the way that received then hides in a slot on the bottom of the presenter. The only negative that comes from the slim shape of the tool is that it has a forward and a backward button arranged one above the other, and the forward action is the lower (down-pointing) button while back is the upper button which my mind wants to make the "forward" action. In other words, my natural inclination is to revers the buttons, but this is quick to overcome. The laser itself is brighter than I had expected - one of my cheap presenters with a red laser is quite weak. I would prefer a green laser but it wasn't available on this model at the time I ordered. A big plus in my book is that you can recharge this device rather than needing to swap out batteries every time the laser goes weak. Charging seems pretty quick, though the indicator light goes out after a few minutes and then comes back on as soon as you touch it while charging, so that makes the indicator not very helpful. Are there better presenters out there? Definitely. But at this price point, this device has a lot going for it and it delivered more than I expected.
