Metallor knurled black metal 18mm(0.71inch) diameter guitar tone or volume knob.
This is a pack of richly black plated push on domed knurled metal control knobs, suitable for most Jazz Bass guitar with split 6mm(0.24inch) (toothed or star shaped) control shafts (NOT suitable for US CTS 1/4" pots). No tool required for fitting and no grub screw hole to spoil the look of the knobs.
Supplied in a pack of 4pcs in one package, these knobs with 18mm(0.71inch) in diameter and 18mm(0.71inch) height. The outer shells of the knobs are real black plated metal, not painted plastic, and the knobs are of a good heavy quality with well polished smooth plating.

If you have any background in machining, these will convince you to spend a couple bucks more. It's amazing this was presented as marketable. The inserts are too deep to properly engage the pot shaft, and not leave a gouge in the top of your guitar. Pull them up just a bit, and they pop right off the shaft.The insert is installed 1 to1.5mm too deep. If your going to knurl a part, clean the knurling tool, and take a deep enough pass to get a fully formed pattern. A dirty knurling tool leaves all kinds of irregularities in and on the surface. This looks like the knurling tool was somewhere in the same room as the part. On the left is the properly knurled knob from my Guitar, on the right is this part. While the chrome one is a courser knurl than the "medium" knurl used on the black part, it shows what a fully formed knurl should look like.Not impressed. I'd give it a two, but the review would be deleted. Pay more, and get some quality.

I used these to replace the knobs on an Ibanez RG7420. They look and feel great. They are a slightly smaller circumference than the original knobs, but that's a good thing for me.

The new knobs replaced the factory knobs on a Squire Bullet and a Squire Affinity. A perfect fit.

Time will tell how long they last, being plastic. But as for now, they fit and work as described.
