WIRED IT IN LIKE IT NEEDED TO BE. DID NOTHING, NO VOLUME CONTROL NOTHING ON THE HANDLE BARS WORKED. I PUT MY BIKETRONICS RETRO RADIO CONTROLLER BACK IN AND EVERYTHING WORKS AS IT SHOULD. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION, AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE.

Plugged right in and allowed me to keep handle bar controls with an aftermarket stereo on my 13 Harley Street Glide

Not very good instructions. Difficult to install. Had to use tech support to figure wiring out. Not plug and play. Works after much aggravation.
