It's perfect for the bedroom, kitchen, living room, or wherever you want to take it. It has that retro look that is really cool. It's no slouch when it comes to the quality of music. Don't expect it to rock your house, shake the lights and make the cabinets flutter. It's the perfect retro addition though.

I can't believe how cute this radio is. Besides the design it has so many features, Bluetooth, AM FM and SP? What is SP, I have no idea but I guess I'll figure it out. 😅 SD card, USB, a10-hour battery life. I use this in my kitchen which everybody who sees it just drools over. I can't remember the last time I scanned the FM radio stations, even doing that is so nostalgic and fun. I play with it when I'm cooking dinner and just listen to what's on the radio and feel transported back to a different era. Small and convenient enough to grab and take with you to the yard or anywhere else, this little radio is my new favorite thing.

My main draw to this was the fact that it has a radio with a traditional style tuner. Sometimes, digital tuners are a pain to get to stop on stations with weak signals. With this style of tuner, you don't have that problem. I just love these little retro looking radios. They look nice, stuck here and there on bookcases, and on kitchen counter tops. I actually keep this on a shelf above the toilet in my bathroom and listen to music or the morning news while getting ready for work. It has a pretty decent sound for its size and is about as loud as I would expect it to be. It's well made from nice material. So far the battery life is good and I only charge it once a week but it has not been all of the way dead when I do so so I don't actually know how long the battery life is.

This MG002 Retro Vintage Portable Radio is an absolute gem! The classic retro design takes me back, but it’s packed with modern features that make it so much more than just a nostalgic piece. I love that it supports AM, FM, and SW radio stations, plus it has Bluetooth capabilities, so I can play music directly from my phone. The added bonus of a Micro-SD/TF card slot and AUX/USB options give me tons of ways to listen to my favorite tunes. The sound quality is great, and the rechargeable battery makes it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. It's lightweight and portable, so I can take it anywhere. Highly recommend if you're a fan of both vintage style and modern tech!

I love this little radio. It's super cute, compact, & it works well. The audio is clear. The dial holds my favorite local station without slipping. It's cordless & came with a USB cord for recharging. So convenient. I'm not someone who is attached to my phone but I don't mind keeping this radio nearby for music while I'm cooking, cleaning, etc. It's such a fun throw back. Great quality. Easy to use. Very enjoyable.

This radio/speaker is sooo cute!! 😍 It's plastic, but it feels like good quality plastic. It has an ergonomic handle and two prongs on the top for your phone to rest on.It picks up FM stations well. I haven't tried AM because I never listen to AM stations, so I can't comment on that. I was excited to see how well it picked up shortwave, since it has that feature too. I didn't really have my hopes very high for it though, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could actually pick up a couple of signals. I might tote this thing around to other locations and see if it picks up more at other places. It has a bluetooth feature, which works really well. It connected easily and quickly to my phone. It also has ports for a USB flash drive, TF card, and auxiliary. However, I never use these, so haven't tested them out.I would say the sound is average. It's not top of the line (I wouldn't expect it to be at this price), but it's definitely not bad either. All in all, if you want an absolutely adorable radio/bluetooth speaker that can also pick up shortwave signals, give this one a try!

I have owned a half dozen of these retro styled radios in the past two years. This one is near the top with how the overall sound is. It does not have stereo sound. Unfortunately as soon as I turned the volume up loud there was a plastic vibrating sound inside the radio. Once I removed the four screws and opened the radio up I found that the speaker had been sloppily glued in and that the speaker magnet rests on a plastic tube on the back half of the radio. I wedged a piece of cardboard between the magnet and plastic tube which killed about 75% of the vibration noise at high volume. The antenna is 19.5 inches long, nice touch making the first part black so when the antenna is down it does not stand out. The radio reception was just OK. I hooked up an external antenna and it was much better. This MG-002 is the smallest of the 6 radios I have tried. The volume knob feels solid, the tuning knob wobbles quite a bit. The handle wobbles as well which makes the radio feel cheap. The AUX IN did not work. I tried an old CD player and my phone with 3 different cables, contacted seller about it and did not get a reply. The manual is one page with no mention of Bluetooth. I found that odd as well as the box making no mention about Bluetooth on it. It just says WIRELESS on the top flap. Bluetooth worked fine as did USB MP3 playback. Disappointing that it does not have a headphone jack.

My 9-year-old opened this radio and turned it on immediately. She discovered FM radio and thinks it is the coolest thing ever. She was asking what the antenna does and thought that was awesome. She facetimed her friends to show them her super cool "new" radio. It is so funny and nostalgic to me. The radio is a great size and is lightweight. It can be charged, or you can out batteries in it. Looks retro. The sound is great. The FM stations work great. The antenna reaches pretty far. Has Bluetooth capabilities and av plug. Overall, a great little radio.
