- Installation screw size: M3×8mm.
- The guide rail may have a tolerance of ±1mm，but this does not affect normal use.
- The mark on the bearing surface is only the mark made by the factory, not a scratch.
- Normally each side is lack of 1 or 2 balls.The carriage block will get stuck easily if it is full of balls, the balls on each side need some room.
- Some lubricant is needed, the longer they are used, the smoother they will run.

Purchased these for an upgrade on my diode laser. Almost immediately on install, ball bearings started spewing out of the rail. Seems like a poor quality design.

Moderately rough. Even after cleaning and re lubing. I hope they smooth out after some use and break in.

I bought three of these linear rails with two pillow blocks each.They come from the manufacturer in a cardboard tube that has the ends taped. The tape on ALL THREE of the rails was gone/missing. The pillow blocks in TWO of the packages were completely missing -- they were not even in the shipping box. The third had both pillow blocks, but they were not on the rail and the ball-bearings were all over the inside of the shipping box.If this company spent a couple dollars more on packaging, this might be a good product -- I'll never know and am not willing the risk of ordering more from this company/manufacturer.All three were sent back to Amazon for a refund.

Excellent "cheap" linear rails with surprisingly a grease port which is an amazing quality of life feature for re-greasing rails.

This linear rail is part of my z axis on a cnc router. It works just as intended. For the price it is a great product.
