The felting needle bent almost immediately so that was bad but the worst part is there are NO INSTRUCTIONS!

This marked my inaugural foray into needle-felting, and I found it to be an immensely gratifying experience. Here's a breakdown of my observations:1. Fiber: The quantity provided was more than sufficient—I had ample leftovers of all hues, except for pink, which just barely met "squeaked" through. It's worth noting that kit contents may vary slightly in quantity. The fiber quality was commendable, passing the "singe" test with flying colors.2. Needles: The kit includes three needles: one larger (for expedited felting) and two smaller ones (for intricate details). This versatility is a definite plus, as these needles can be utilized beyond the confines of this particular kit, with extras available in case of breakage.3. Pipe cleaner and awl: Unfortunately, these components fell short of expectations. The awl, intended for creating holes in the felted wool to accommodate eyes, arms, and legs, proved to be flimsy and promptly bent out of shape, necessitating the use of an alternative tool such as a skewer or the awl from a Swiss army knife. Similarly, the pipe cleaner, featuring a single wire core, lacked stability and was challenging to manipulate into smooth, even curves. I opted to omit it from one of my leg constructions.4. Instructions: Regrettably, none were provided. However, a YouTube video was available, which I watched attentively and transcribed into detailed instructions. I've also left written instructions in the comments section below the video, should you find them helpful. The instructions did provide the size sample, which was a useful guide during construction.5. Accessories: The kit includes small plastic eyes on sticks, appropriately sized and a clip-type hanger, although I chose not to utilize the latter.Overall, at a cost of $7, inclusive of shipping, this project proved to be a delightful endeavor, offering ample opportunities for skill development. Despite the subpar awl and pipe cleaner, the generous provision of wool and needles warrants a 5-star rating. With more experience, I believe I could have achieved better results with the pipe cleaner.

The product was advertised as a beginner's needle felt kit. There were no written instructions included. A QR code was given in order to view the specific tutorial to make this mouse. The video did not include verbal or written instruction and moved very quickly so it was hard to figure out . There were 5 needles included, three of one type and two straight needles. Each were of different sizes meant to be used in different stages of the felting process. For someone who has never felted, they would not know which one to use, rendering this kit totally useless.

Gift for 10 year old granddaughter, she loved it, challenging but not too difficult. Great customer support when my package was showing as delayed in shipping they responded quickly and shipped out a replacement to cover the other as it was lost.

Was excited to receive this kit. As a very beginner, this one is going to be hard. The picture of the instructions is very blurry. There is no step by step instructions, just what’s on the picture I added. I do not even know what he is holding. With a whole kit, with nothing else needed, this is not what I expected. I definitely need more help. I will have to look at the pictures on my phone for help as making it. For me that makes this very inconvenient.My eye sight is not that good to be working from phone. It has a blue hat in picture, but there is no blue wool in kit. Just a very small pcs of violet. He is cute and hopefully I work it out, he sure is cute. Sure a non beginner will have no problem.
