This item is a lifesaver to stop snoring . But too sticky and it'll pull your skin getting it off . The sides of this mouth tape did not stick onto my skin so they barely taped my mouth shut . This one was not sticky enough . Maybe it was just this batch because I have had this before and it performed perfectly.

Mouth tape works as intended without being uncomfortable or leaving a weird residue on your mouth when you take it off.

I tried to use this as advertised (as mouth tape), but its adhesion was too strong compared to just using 3M surgical tape. It is also very expensive by comparison as well. An even bigger concern for me is that there is not a way to tell if the adhesive is actually safe to use and digest. This is because your saliva inevitably gets it wet and you are essentially getting it into your body.
