** UPDATE: Attempting to work with the seller, per the stated warranty process, was disappointing. It was stated the unit has only a 6 month warranty, which is not implied or stated anywhere. Thus no assistance is being given other than to purchase a new one through them. Changed to a 1 star review as now we're down money with no device and a very reduced warranty from expectations.The supply was working great for 5 months after installing into an original XBOX One X, and suddenly today its doing the same thing the original was which is powering on for a moment, making a fan noise and shutting off. No prior issues. It had worked great, and then suddenly the XBOX started freezing and wouldn't launch anything. We powered it off and back on and it started powering right back off even after extended power off time and such.This is disappointing as now the unit is down, and trying to get support from MS with a single purchased unit is not working as well as we'd expected but hopefully we'll get this supply replaced.I can say, though, getting it installed and running was simple and clean and worked flawless after install until today.

If your XBOX One X won't boot, or shuts down immediately after booting, it's probably this part.You need two Torx head screwdrivers - T8 and T10. I also used some wooden toothpicks to move around the flat wire attached to the Zif connector. Watch a couple videos on Youtube first, then follow the steps.It took me about an hour. The box booted but kept overheating. I opened it back up and the fan was disconnected. I reconnected the fan, and it's working fine. The second time I opened and closed the unit, was much slower than the second. If you're a competent tech person, it will go pretty fast. No soldering or cutting etc.
