You could certainly wear these shorts all by themselves with a t-shirt or sports bra. However, I used them throughout the summer under summer dresses and it was perfect.

I really like these! I actually came back to buy more and decided to write a review. These are great, no-slip, covers the tummy, and come in great colors. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the bottom stitching on the legs. They are a little (and I mean a smidget) tight around the thighs where the stitching is BUT, not unbearable nor uncomfortable in any way. If you’re smaller like me but have nice size thighs I suggest going a size up. Otherwise, enjoy these hunty they are great!!!!

I bought a few different pairs from different places and these ones fit as nicely as my lu lu lemons. I love the colour I love the material. The pockets sit on the right place on my hips and don't make them look wider. I got a size small and I do have thicker thighs because I'm a cyclist but these fit perfectly I would not have been happy with a medium.
