Doesn't last long. UV breaks it down. Thought the brand was good quality because of water polo balls but this thing just falls apart (skin falls off) quick.

If you only play tetherball occasionally, this one is fine. But if your family takes the game seriously, the ball does not hold up. The casing was completely off after less than a month of usage.

It isn’t as easy on the hands as the soft rubber dodgeball style tetherballs that I had in the past, but way softer than the traditional balls. It is every bit as sturdy as the hard tetherballs at the rope however, so makes for a great compromise.

This tetherball is great for the kids. It has a soft enough shell so it doesn't hurt your hands as much. It is still a firm ball when properly pumped up. The attached rope is way longer than what you need, so you can adjust to whichever length you like and cut off the excess. Has a neat sparkle color for even more appeal to the kids. My son is 7 and he has a great time hitting this ball

OMG THIS IS THE BEST TETHER BALL EVER!!! I LOVE TO PLAY AND ITS STILL GOING TILL THIS DAY! ITS A BIT HARDER THEN THE USUAL ONES U USE TO PLAY WITH AT SCHOOL..BUT I TELL PEOPLE ITS THE OLYMPIC VERSION (I DONT THINK THEY HAVE THIS SPORT IN THE OLYPICS LOL) BUT ITS SO HEAVY DUTY..I WOULD DEF BUY AGAIN IF I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE ONE I HAVE ALREADY! GREAT SHIPPING AND FAST TOO!

Great ball, soft and kids do not complain about it hurting their hands. Lasted much longer than the other ball in the AZ sun and weather.

The kids just love the material used in the manufacturing of this tetherball. They play for hours and no complaints of stinging. It is also hanging tuff in the sunlight by holding its bright, vibrant color! Thanks Mikasa!

The ball itself seems fine. It is a little softer than other rubber balls, but we still had to let some air out. The hook for attaching the rope to it is very secure. However, after just one month in our backyard, the top half is bleached almost entirely white.

This is a nice looking Tether Ball that came pre-inflated and comes with plenty of length of cord. My Kids have had lots of fun playing with it, once I got the pole up. I recommend a solid one peice pole (Don't buy the cheap multi-peice poles as they are wobbly and extremely frustrating to play with.)The only complaint my kids have is that it is "hard" despite being called "Super Soft". Not sure if "Ultra Soft" is softer, but perhaps letting a little air out might help. Overall, this was a good purchase and gives kids a fun way to exercise.
